About Aged and Butchered

Aged and Butchered brings tableside steak cooking to The Komu Hotel in Berawa. Each table has a yakiniku charcoal grill, with the chef cooking the meat in front of you. Dry-aged cuts are the focus, alongside wine and sake.

The draw here is the cooking as much as the cut: dinner happens around your own grill. Check the Bali menu when choosing what to order, as the Jakarta branch has its own offering.

Our experience

Sophisticated steakhouse offering dry and wet-aged cuts grilled over coffee wood charcoal. The marrow tartare is exceptional, and the 27 whisky dispensers create an interactive bar experience. Private dining rooms available for special occasions.
