About Kamu Nakal Padel

This is padel in the mountains. Kamu Nakal is a country and coffee club on a plantation in Gobleg village, up in the Munduk highlands of Buleleng, and its one court is indoors with an open design. So you can play through a shower.

The court runs daily from 08:00 to 20:00. Rackets and balls are for hire, and the Bamboo Clubhouse café sits right beside it for lunch afterwards. There's a tennis court too, along with coffee cupping (Rp 75,000 per person), horse riding and a watchtower, so it fills a day if one of you doesn't play.

Kamu Nakal doesn't publish a court price. The bigger catch is distance: this is a north Bali trip, not something you'll drive up for a single hour from the south. If you're staying at Munduk Moding Plantation in the same village, its Highland Padel Retreat package includes an hour of padel with rackets and balls for two.

More on the area is in the Munduk guide, and the Bali padel guide covers the south.

Our tips

  • Book by WhatsApp. The club takes bookings on +62 811 3701 229, and it's listed on Playtomic too.
  • Travel light. Rackets and balls are for hire at the court.
  • Make a day of it. Pair a morning game with lunch at the Bamboo Clubhouse and a coffee cupping.
  • Pack a layer. The club sells this as fresh highland air, and it's cooler than the coast.

Facilities

  • Racket and ball rental
