HPC padel at Atlas Beach Club: the sea-view court

HPC is Holywings Padel Club's single court inside Atlas Beach Club, at Jalan Pantai Berawa 88 on Berawa Beach. It's an outdoor panoramic doubles court, and the club sells it on the view: Holywings calls Court 1 the first padel court built with a seaside backdrop.

There's only one court. That shapes everything. There's nowhere to move if the weather turns, and in the wet season a downpour ends the game. You have to be 16 or older to book. Playtomic lists food and drink on site plus a changing room with lockers. The rest of Atlas is around you too: pools and daybeds by day, the Super Club at night.

• Age limit. Bookings are for players 16 and over, so this isn't one for a family game with younger kids.
• Late games work. It's open until midnight every day, which takes the midday heat out of the equation.
• Have a rain plan. The court is uncovered. In the wet season, the indoor courts at The Luc are the obvious backup.
